We announced a new mailing address in September 2023 for faster claims processing and responses. Starting Oct. 1, 2024, the U.S. Postal Service will forward mail sent to our previous addresses to the new address. We expect this to cause delays.
To avoid mail processing delays, update your contact information for us if you haven’t done so and submit paper commercial claims − including CMS-1500 professional and UB-04 institutional paper commercial claims − to this address:
